Given the specialized nature of our items, all sales are final, and we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges. This policy applies to, but is not limited to, the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: Adjustments or cancellations after purchase.

  • Incorrect Selection: Errors regarding models, specific features, colors, or specifications.

  • Sizing Discrepancies: Issues where the item is too small or too large.

  • Accessories & Merchandise: All accompanying accessories and general merchandise are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Need to Cancel?

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our support team right away at service@kinstoys.com. Please note that for Customized series, since each product is meticulously handmade following your purchase. Due to the highly customized nature of our workshop's creations, we cannot repurpose or resell items once they are crafted. For orders that have already been produced but not yet shipped, a 20% processing and handling fee will be applied to cover the dedicated labor and materials.

We are happy to cancel your order and issue a refund if our artisans have not yet begun crafting your piece. However, once an item has been shipped and is on its way to you, cancellations and midway refunds cannot be processed.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you discover any manufacturing defects upon arrival, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package. Please include clear photos or videos of the issue so our team can evaluate it and provide an immediate, appropriate solution for you.
